Pasta 301 with Domenica Cooks: Stuffed Pasta

This is the third in a series of online hands-on pasta making classes I’m teaching on Zoom. In this class we will be making selection of stuffed pasta, including ravioli, cappelletti, agnolotti, and caramelle (candy-shaped pasta). We’ll start with homemade egg-and-flour dough, and we’ll make a ricotta and lemon filling. I’ll talk to you about other classic fillings, how to cook and sauce stuffed pasta, and how best to store it if you make it in advance.

You will receive recipes as well as a list of ingredients and equipment needed a week before class. The day before class, you’ll receive an email with a link to join the class on Zoom.

Because this is a hands-on class, in which we will all be making pasta, I am keeping it limited to 6 participants. The class is priced at $70 per person. Register via Eventbrite.
